Jakarta, 13 February 2026 – As part of its commitment to strengthening strategic communication capacity, Evlogia Advisory collaborated with Komunikasee to hold a Key Message Training workshop at the Evlogia Advisory office in Panglima Polim, Jakarta (13/02). The session was facilitated by Raisa Oktovera, Head of Corporate Affairs Strategic Operations at Gojek, who brings more than 13 years of experience in strategic communications across multinational agencies and leading companies in Indonesia. The workshop brought together communication practitioners for an interactive discussion and hands-on exercises aimed at sharpening their ability to develop clear, relevant, and impactful key messages.
Raisa shared insights drawn from her professional journey in navigating complex communication challenges. She brought a combination of practical corporate perspectives and strategic approaches to help participants understand how effective and impactful key messages can be developed and applied in organizational settings.
“A strong key message is not designed to please everyone, but to be clearly understood and remembered. When a message requires too much explanation or hides behind data, it often means the core idea is not yet strong enough,” said Raisa.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored current developments shaping the communications landscape and discussed how practitioners can respond to its rapid evolution. The session emphasized the importance of understanding audience perspectives, maintaining clarity and consistency in messaging, and ensuring communication remains relevant in an increasingly fast-moving information environment. Participants also reflected on how organizations can respond to emerging issues more strategically through well-prepared and credible messaging.

I was previously only familiar with the Message House, but the workshop introduced us to other tools and showed us how to define messages and choose the right approach based on different needs.” explained Keisya Az-Zahra from Evlogia Advisory
The workshop also provided practical guidance on formulating key messages that are focused, concise, and easy for the public to understand. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, participants gained a clearer view of how strong and well-structured key messages can support communication strategies and strengthen message delivery across platforms and stakeholder groups.
