Jakarta, June 5, 2025 – PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (“ERAL” or “the Company”), a subsidiary of Erajaya Group focusing on the active lifestyle sector, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today in Jakarta. One of the key resolutions of the meeting was the approval of a final cash dividend distribution to shareholders of IDR 8 per share, with a total value of IDR 41.5 billion. This distribution reflects the Company’s 2024 performance, during which ERAL recorded a net profit for the year of IDR 201.34 billion. “The dividend payout reflects our commitment to continuously deliver tangible returns to shareholders, as we expand our business horizons into segments with high growth potential,” said Djohan Sutanto, President Director of PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk.
ERAL posted a solid performance throughout Q1 2025, recording net sales of IDR 1.37 trillion, a 25.6% year-on-year growth from IDR 1.09 trillion. This increase reflects effective distribution and marketing strategies, including retail channel optimization and stronger contributions from the lifestyle segment. Net profit also rose to IDR 42 billion, an increase of 3.2% YoY from IDR 40.6 billion in Q1 2024.
The Company also recorded a Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of 5.2% this quarter. “This shift demonstrates ERAL’s success in increasing transaction value per customer through more targeted promotional strategies, enhanced in-store experiences, and stronger omnichannel integration,” added Djohan.
“Our strong Q1 performance provides a solid foundation for ERAL to enter the next phase of accelerated growth. This is not merely about achieving financial figures, it validates the strategic direction we have taken, from expanding our active lifestyle portfolio to penetrating the electric vehicle sector. With this foundation, we are confident in executing our medium-term roadmap, which includes nationwide expansion, omnichannel ecosystem strengthening, and innovation-driven growth,” said Djohan.
XPENG: A New Pillar in ERAL’s Business Diversification
A key highlight of the AGMS was ERAL’s strategic initiative to enter the technology-based automotive segment by becoming the Exclusive Brand Holder (ATPM) of the global electric vehicle manufacturer XPENG. In May 2025, ERAL officially introduced two flagship XPENG models, the G6 SUV and X9 MPV, to the Indonesian market. The launch was accompanied by presale and test drive programs held across major Indonesian cities.
XPENG not only strengthens ERAL’s revenue diversification beyond gadgets, but also reinforces its position as a pioneer of future lifestyle. “The inclusion of XPENG in our portfolio is part of our long-term vision to deliver a fully integrated active and digital lifestyle experience from wearable devices to AI-powered vehicles. This marks a strategic milestone in our business transformation,” Djohan added.
In the second half of 2025, ERAL will continue to drive growth through national retail expansion, omnichannel enhancement, and a focus on flagship products across the Smart, Active, and Lifestyle segments. Furthermore, the Company will continue to strengthen its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives through waste management programs, energy efficiency efforts, and community empowerment partnerships.

Today’s meeting also addressed the following agenda items:
- Approval of the Annual and Sustainability Report and ratification of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
- Determination of the use of the Company’s net profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
- Approval to delegate authority to the Board of Commissioners to appoint a Public Accounting Firm to audit the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements for FY2025 and to determine its honorarium and other terms.
- Approval of honorarium and/or other allowances for the Company’s Board of Commissioners, and delegation of authority to the Board of Commissioners to determine the remuneration and other benefits for the Company’s Board of Directors for FY2025.
- Presentation of the Utilization Report of Public Offering Proceeds.
