CIO of Danantara Indonesia, Pandu Sjahrir Meets with Global Financial Leaders

Los Angeles, May 6, 2025 – Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Danantara Indonesia, Pandu Sjahrir, met with U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and former U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, along with several other global institutional financial leaders on Monday, May 5, 2025.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles, United States.

During his meeting with Pandu Sjahrir, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent expressed his optimism about Indonesia. He believes that investment can serve as a solution to strengthen future U.S.–Indonesia relations.
